New Billing System and Online Customer Portal Now Live!
MMIA, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful transition to Starnik’s billing system and the launch of our new online customer portal.
Please watch for an email on Monday, November 24, 2025, from WaterDistrict-MMIA@starnik.net with instructions to create an account on the online portal. The email will provide an encrypted security code only provided via the “register now” link or on your bill. Please note, your “register now” link is unique to your account and cannot be shared for others to enroll.
If you were previously enrolled in automatic payments, please note that you will need to make this month’s payment manually and reenroll for automatic payments through the new portal.

Project Update- Oct. 8th, 2025
WATERLINE REPLACEMENT IN QUAIL FOREST SECTIONS 1 & 2
Phase 1 waterline is complete (blue lines on exhibit). Contractor is making new service connections and installing new meters. Expected date to remove bypass lines from yards and streets is by Friday 10/24. In the Phase 2 area (yellow) notices will go out and bypass lines will start to be installed around October 15. Construction in this area is expected to last until mid- December. We’ll post updates if something changes. You will be notified before anyone digs in your yard. As always, your assistance keeping kids and pets away from the work area is appreciated. Thanks for your patience and cooperation!
